1. The brand

killwraith is an independent streetwear label. All product designs, photography, logos and copy are owned by killwraith and protected by copyright and trademark law. No part of this site may be reproduced without written permission.

2. Orders & payment

• All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT unless stated.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it only when we dispatch the goods.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced or suspected to be fraudulent.
• Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We never store your card details.

3. Use of the site

You may not use the site for anything unlawful, abusive, or that interferes with its operation. Accounts found to be reselling, scraping, or chargeback abusing may be terminated without notice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, killwraith is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
