Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• UK standard — 2–4 working days.
• UK tracked next-day — order before 2pm.
• Europe — 4–7 working days.
• Rest of world — 7–14 working days.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Tracking is sent by email once your order ships.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.

• Email returns@killwraithclothing.com with your order number.
• You cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt.

Faulty or wrong items

Anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect — email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover the return and send a replacement or full refund.

Sale items

Items purchased in a sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
